That helps a lot. Clean and clear.
I was not really clear about how many grams in a tsp and the rest of the conversions.
I may get 12 oz a day, then. I got about 15 oz today - 2nd day -, and I have no feelings yet of how much is best for me.
I may increase it even further with time.
