BTW, since hemorrhoids are a possible explanation for your symptoms, you might wanna ease up on your gym activities. There is a close association between strenuous exercise and hemorrhoids.
If you want to avoid that bill altogether, you could consider ceasing all exercise for a couple of weeks to see if your problem clears of its own accord. That would then be a strong indication of an association between the two.
If the two are linked, you'll need to work out a less damaging regimen, & certainly cut back on all resistance workouts. Concentrate on cardio instead.
