Hopefully, more knowledgeable people will come along and answer you soon, but in the meantime, you need to calm down. Whatever the problem, it's never helped by blind panic. That just raises your cortisol levels, which is bad news where illness is concerned. Secondly, get that diagnosis, by whatever means you can afford.
Even without insurance, presumably you have low-cost options? I don't know much about the US system (other than how utterly corrupt and inefficient it is), but doesn't 'Obamacare' help out in these situations?
Finally, let's assume the worst case scenario that you appear to dread - colon cancer. You are obviously not familiar with any of the 200 or so alternative cures for this 'incurable' disease, are you? So relax. If this turns into a cancer diagnosis, that should be the least of your worries.
