Doctor says these aren't parasites - WTH are they then?

The first one sure looks like some kind of worm and possibly a cyst. Doc says it looks like mucus to her (from a picture - she won't have me bring it in)

The second she said doesn't look worm-y either - again from a pic.

The last three pics are of something similar to the second thing. It looked like a mushroom when it first came out - with a grayish "meat" and a dark "rind." After exposed to air for a few minutes, it turned hard and dark. I've had a LOT of these. And no, haven't had mushrooms in months.
