Hi,

I felt bad for the constipation you have suffered because of a little amount of water you have intake. Anyway, you can take this Digestic from Mimonis which is very good for constipation problem. It was my fighter for constipation a few months ago when I got constipated also. I am confident in using it because it brings no side effects as others have.
