Start with the obvious, the basic, the fundamental. Recognize that the SAD (Standard American Diet) is an abuse of the human body which was never evolved/designed for it. (Depending on your beliefs!)

Stop eating garbage and start eating proper food.

We cannot be healthy without proper nutrition, sufficient clean water, daily exercise, and sunlight on our skin and in our eyes (indirectly obviously!) etc. etc.

There is no magic pill or potion that will remove the symptoms of a lousy lifestyle. If you do not have the motivation or determination to take positive steps, join the millions of others who shamble to their doctor's office to ask for some drug to suppress the symptoms of their self-abuse.

Please don't think I'm being rude, mean or judgmental, I'm just trying to get to the point quickly. 99% of us start out on the journey knowing almost nothing about health and ill health and the reasons for it in most cases. We have to learn.

I would suggest reading "Wheat Belly" and cutting out carbs for a start. That will be a large burden lifted off your body. It goes without saying that you will stop drinking soda or similar junk full of mind-altering filth like Aspartame. Cut the meat down to a minimum, no "prepared" meats or other "Mystery meat".

Find a good hydrotherapy clinic and get a few colonics done. That will be a quick relief, at least for a while. Get a decent rebounder and use it daily for say three sessions of five minutes each at least. Nothing moves the lymph better. You are going to go through a cleansing process, it won't always be pleasant, but you should feel much, much better afterwards. Read Dr. Bernard Jensen 's books for full details.

Take saunas, take hot sitz baths, do yoga, anything to make yourself sweat copiously. Drink clean water, preferably alkaline, until you urinate repeatedly. Then you know you are well-hydrated.

Breakfast on smoothies: fruits, green leafy veggies, hemp kernels, chlorella, spirulina, bee pollen, coconut oil...I put in all these things, along with sunflower seed lecithin to emulsify the oil. Ginger, lemon...whatever you find best.

Exercise! Walking to start, at least 30 mins twice a day, preferably outdoors.

These are the sorts of things you must do to repair the damage and clean out the toxic accumulations of decades of our typical "civilized" lifestyle.
