Re: Can ACV have adverse effects/detox effects?

Avc--ugh--I think it helps get the body more alkaline but I can't stand to drink it any more, and I've come to believe that whole 'everyone's way too acidic' is a bunch of supplement hawking BS. I caution everyone to keep careful track, like I should have but didn't. :(

Yes, we may be a bit too acidic, but the body has lots of ways of handling it. Since I threw myself into almost way too high alkaline level (7.9, and no, it doesn't help with 'cancer' anymore), trying to get back under 7.35 has taken me months. The body doesn't seem to have any coping stuff for that. So I say, maybe eat a bit more alkaline, and don't buy into the fear mongering the pharmaceutical cartel is pushing so you'll buy more expensive supplements.

As for you symptoms, something else is involved, I'm guessing. It may be something interacting poorly from your diet with the ACV.

And sometimes I'm finding some of these kinds of posts are just cartel employees trying to fear monger an actually helpful protocol. I hope that isn't you.
