You don't need to soften anything before a liver flush. If you're doing one of the wacko versions that only half works maybe (there are a bunch of 'em 'recommended' on here).
Because the pharmaceutical cartel wants the flushes to fail so you have poorer immune protection and greater need for their supplements/drugs, so their employees here are pushing a bunch of weird basically ineffective ones.
Dr. Clark's version works perfectly if you do it exactly (no substantiations or varying the timing) as she says, no 'pre' anything, except not eating any thing fatty the day of your flush.
I've used it at least 15-20 times over the years and never had a single problem. i had one flush where it didn't seem to do much good, but I did eat something sorta fatty during that day, so indeed, avoid fatty foods on the day you're flushing.
So common sense style, if you think the ACV is whacking your body somehow, it probably is, so trust your body and stop. I think ACV works to keep stuff from accumulating when used in small amounts (but far less than what 'they' say you need), and therefore does detox some, but it is the ACV that's the problem, not detoxing.
Too much of the fiddle fuss stuff recommended here just gets your body all out of whack and weakened for some other out of balance problem; the more fiddle fussing the more problems (just the way the cartel wants for their money making) and the worse it gets, just like the cat in the hat.
Don't believe 3/4 of the crap you see recommended here, maybe more, but especially the obviously harmful things like
Turpentine or overdosing on iodine. The cartel makes fatal drugs all the time, so why would they care about doing the same thing here, in their employee infested 'natural health' venue. Nearly all the health industry is owned by them now.
