Thanks for the tips everyone, I just saw these months later. I decided not to go with the ERCP, but am now experiencing some pain again. It is bizarre because it is always worst in January and February. Not really sure why... I did read parasites are cyclical w seasons so maybe it's somethjnt with that? I'm going to do another round of praziquantel and if I find no relief I will get an ercp probably... It's hard living with bouts of disabling pain.
