In January I completed a 14 day Master-Cleanse and ran almost every day. I would hardly say that I run at hard intensity. I am a slower runner and I did what I normally do. I enjoyed everyday. I never felt exhausted or particularly tired. I think it depends on you. I never lifted weights so I don't know about that. Just do what feels comfortable to you. I enjoyed the sweating and it helped with the detox.
