Here is my suggestion to help clean out your sinuses for an ordinary sinus infection and for good dental health. It may help with the rope worms in your sinuses. Go on Amazon and buy a Nasaline sinus irrigator and the saline solution packets. Also buy some Oreganol oil, super strength from North American Herb & Spice on Amazon. Mix the saline solution with distilled water and 1-2 drops of the Oreganol oil. Irrigate your sinuses twice a day with this solution. Irrigate slowly and gently. With a sinus infection you also need to do steam treatments. Boil water in a pot. Put it on the table and put your head over it and inhale the steam. Put a towel over your head to hold in the steam. Do this several times a day.

Start a parasite cleanse after you have cleaned up your diet. No sugar, gluten, dairy or carbs. No artificial anything. Search this Forum. Search the blogs.
There are multiple cleanses that people have done.The Facebook group on rope worms may have its own. It is a matter of trial and error. Screw the Dr.'s. They don't know about parasites.

Buy unsweetened cranberry juice and dilute with water. Drink as much water as you possibly can with the cranberry juice each day. Gallons if possible. Cranberry will help with the sinus infection and the parasites. You can also try capsules of oil of oregano taken between meals. They will help with the parasites and the sinus infection but it is in addition to a parasite protocol, the nasal irrigation, the steam and the cranberry juice/water. You body is full of toxins and you need to get them all out. It is likely that you have other parasites besides the rope worms.
It is my opinion that in order to get rid of any parasites you have to treat both ends of the body. Do colonics or enemas or salt water flushes.

BTW,this is a long term project. Expect to be at it a year or more.
