I swear, there has to be a certain hidden agenda behind these explanations. Perhaps it is forbidden to acknowledge parasites, since it is the cause of so many profitable diseases.

I bet they see the worm, realize it is a worm, and then lie to your face because it is AMA policy. Look at the CDC prevalence numbers and you will see that there is no reason not to take people seriously about this.

One in seven people have ascaris.
One in 14 have hookworm.
One in 100 have trichinella.
One in four rural chinese has or had Ascaris in the past.

These are estimates from the CDC and data from a medical journal.

These doctors are either extremely ignorant and stupid or are extremely diabolical. But then again, many are in huge debt and are essentially slaves for that reason.

Trusting that doctor would be tantamount to getting a frontal lobotomy. You would have to sacrifice all reason and logic. You can probably get rid of these yourself.
