I concur with what Olivia said to you.

Yes, you have come to the right place in terms of choosing the path to heal and to get direction and support. What is your gender, age, height and weight?

I feel for you. Good thing is that you already have experienced the power of fasting. Fasting is not easy and will not be easy for you. Your body is in an extreme Inflammatory state.

Ordinarily, I would have suggested to do a Colon Cleanse and Liver Flush to go in to a long fast. But since eating is a big issue for you just start the fast. During this fast you can only drink either distilled or filtered warm water. No toothpastes, mouth washes or chewing gum should be used. Your body is toxic and you will have headaches, backaches, even nausea. Let's hope that you don't. But be prepared for it.

When you do not eat your body aligns itself. It will start cleaning each part that need it the most. It is very important to rest, stay warm and not do any strenuous exercise or work. For any reason you can not continue you break your fast with freshly made juices and then fast again.

If you can do 30 day fast it will clean majority of your body. After eating a raw plant based diet for a few weeks you should do a colon cleanse, then kidney cleanse and then liver flush.
