Try getting your water from raw fruits and vegetables(can wta raw nits too). Don't drink any separate water. parasites will not be able to get water from this bit you will and it will inevidably kill them. In nature a lot of animals don't drink water separately and get it from the plants they eat. When I do this it is one of the most effective anti parasite remedy as I see then in poop within 2 days. This might get a lot of backlash but if your desperate you should try it.
