Weight loss


Doing pretty good. I've been going to the gym n eating better. Staying away from bread, soda and junk food. Also no fried foods. I did a salt water flush yesterday. Not much came out except liquid n some lettuce looking stuff. I am also on a parasite cleanse. For breakfast I'm having a smoothie. Bananas, cinnamon, water n peanut butter. I like my smoothie creamy.
