I've pondered the meaning of those tests, and figure that you can do the same thing with say, table salt which is sodium chloride. Have the subject monitor their excreting vs. how much they ingested with chloride and at first there is probably a lot of it retained also, as in the test above with iodide. I think what we do know, from considering how very little Iodine is in our food supply, is that most people are deficient in it. And, that's exacerbated further by the presence in the diet of excessive amounts of fluoride and bromide. One other thing we know, is that a lot of different people have supplemented with Iodine and have reported relief from a wide range of ailments, including some fairly serious ones.
