I've recently done the
Iodine loading test and came back with these results, I know its very low and my Doctor put me on 12.5mg of Iodoral. Which is helping a lot, it actually corrected my alopecia areata and I can see hair growing back where it was gone, I've never seen this mentioned anywhere before. Helped with beard patch that was gone for years and leg hair growth like crazy. I also get really itchy sometimes because of it, I wasn't sweating at all for at least a year.
My question is exactly how long will it take to become
Iodine sufficient and if I should increase my dosage sooner, I feel like I've gotten over most of the start up symptoms. I also take selenium, b2, b3, b6, manganese, magnesium, vitamin c, zinc, copper as per the protocol. I do have hypothyroidism and I am taking 1 and a half grain of thyroid hormone. Which I'm looking to lower because I actually feel a little hyper sometimes thanks to the
Iodine brining my thyroid function back.
