The reason I asked is because these are some of the things that seemed to resolve as I experimented and settled on ways to handle the problem. From the comments I overheard, the smell was horrific. Worst part was I had what in every normal person would be normal hygiene practices, and when I even took it up a notch I had zero results. It was crushing and weighed me down. I stopped socializing, going to church etc. The first time I noticed some reduction on comments, I had started on caprylic acid / coconut oil. And the strange thing I noticed once I started on it was gobs of thick mucus sliding down the back of my throat. My conclusion (given that no one including medics were helpful) was that since caprylic acid is antifungal, it must be killing/affecting the candida in my mucus membranes. It seems that my sinuses were highly infected because as I continued, my generalized toothaches and earaches dissipated (these can be caused by infected sinuses). This is something I would never have considered in my battle. I would also wake up to a horrific smelling room, and strangely enough my right hand would stink too. I had always thought the room stank because my husband was gassy, but once I started on this regime, no matter how much gas he passed, the room was fine. I was mortified that I had blamed him. I would describe the room smell like a sewer of the worst kind, I would have to open the windows for it to be bearable. I supposed this is the smell / aura people smelled, but I could never smell anything except under those conditions i.e having spent hours in a locked room, left then came back.
