We all have made this mistake. This is why many of us here keep reminding fasters how to break a fast. Simple rule is to start low, build slow.
The best thing to do is to take one spoonful
Epsom Salt in warm water and drink it first thing in the morning. Expect diarrhea, if you do not feel any relief, two hours later repeat the
Epsom Salt drink. Then after a few hours drink freshly squeezed carrot or apple juice. Do this on a day when you do not have to go to work.
From here, for a week to ten days stay on fruit and vegetable juices (freshly squeezed).
If you want to be a happy and healthy person eat raw whole foods, some cooked foods are ok, but stay away from junk processed stuff.
