From what you've said I reckon that you probably have systemic candida as well as parasites as well as goodness knows what other infections. Your high sugar diet and poor lifestyle probably helped you to get infected as well. I had candida 8 yrs ago with all sorts of symptoms including brain fog, insomnia, hypothyroid, lethargy, constipation, arrythmias, digestion problems, dizzyness, skin problems, overweight, etc. etc.

After researching candida, I made up my own natural protocol and stuck to it and it cured me of candida and everything else that was wrong with me. And the candida has never returned.
