Re: Should i quit the iodine?

They say that hyperthyroid is the thyroid starving for iodine, and it its final stages of disease before it stops working.

I am not sure, though it made me hyperthyroid from hypothyroid and I stopped using it.

I feel like I'm in a healing crisis because I used to have all kinds of hypothyroid problems like overweight problems mainly and now I lost a lot of weight.

I stopped using Iodine though because even though I have health benefits, the healing crisis just knocks me down. It's like I'm battling viruses that were dormant and are coming out and I feel weak and fatigued all the time. It's been going on for many months now, I just hope this healing crisis ends soon.

I have had years of not using detox supplements like Iodine so I guess that is why its so hard on me, and can only relate that is probably your situation as well. Good luck. Tweet
