I tried those things too, they didn't help me at all...in fact the tiniest but of garlic causes cramping because it can be irritating to the gut whether or not it kills anything bad. I still have horrible gut issues, and if I feel well enough to even have the tiniest bit of Sugar it just makes everything worse.

It's great that worked for you, really, but what works for one person doesn't work for all...if that were the case I'd have been better years ago with all the stupid crap I've tried. :-/
