I have been in and out of electronics since the 1960s.

Sensitive programs regarding national defense.
This includes strategic nuclear missiles.

Space program... space shuttle.

I know something about, "electronics."

Take it for what is is.
I've already, "paid the price," for speaking out in a variety of arenas.

Readers... do your due diligence.

It is my intention, if if have enough life energy left, to examine just Why zapping, i.e., introduction of low d.c. voltage and subsequent wave forms made for a ramp up. Might get to it. Might not.
I'm old, tired, and to be blunt... just not that much interested in folks who don't employ scientific method to attempt to get to the bottom of things.
