What brand of lipo-spheric vitamin C do you use? What brand of the powdered vitamin C do you use? Is there a difference between liposomal and lypo-spheric? I'm really interested in trying this. I take 2-4 grams a day of the regular vitamin C pills you get at any pharmacy, but I don't think it's as effective as the lipo-formulas I've read about... What are the good quality brands? I have no interest in making my own, just want to purchase a high-quality brand. I'm in the US...Thanks in advance!
