Not to try scare anyone, high doses of vitamin C with severe heavy metals toxity in body can cause havoc in intestines, simply becouse vitamin C is moblizing them and usually everyhting end up to gut.
Liposomal C is even more powerful so the risk are even bigger.
Can avoid the problem if can make sure there is a big bile flow dayly and can get all out from there dayly. With costipation is`s a big NO NO.
Im a big fan of Vit C myself, but had to learn it`s cleaning effect in a hard way, so wanted to say my opinion .
