Constant Moisture Method Help?

Hello everyone, I just recently decided that I would try the constant moisture method along with the leave it alone method (using aquaphor). However, 1-2 days after I started it, my lip buildup had already fallen off. Is this normal and should I keep going with this?


Also, my lip skin buildup is thin and is easily prone to falling off, is this because of the Aquaphor I am using or does that mean my condition is at a good place?
