Re: Refeeding and Juice thoughts. REPEATING MESSAGE
Archus,
The onion juice is part of a normal non-fast routine, first thing in the morning. Certainly not during any water fast. It is difficult to drink, but the medicinal values are huge. The nausea and stomach ache lasts 1-2 minutes, but one can sense that something very necessary is happening, as though undesirable things are being blasted with a flamethrower. The strongest yellow onions are to be used, not some weak white onions..
If one really cannot handle the taste, then just massage the juice into your hair (assuming you will be at home between then and your shower). It will thicken it and halt baldness....
Spinach : I just ate two very large salads (maybe a pound each) in a day, of mostly spinach, with carrot and cherry tomatoes. It was not organic. There were also a few small cheese shavings and olive-oil/balsamic on it, but that is it (some fat is needed for absorption). It takes just 2 minutes to make, not many items to wash, few ingredients, and great for digestion. The Budwig mix can serve as the salad dressing, if desired. Adding homemade sprouts (mung or masoor dal) would also be a huge plus to this. Adding cruciferous vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, or cabbage shreds) would also be a huge plus, but I think the ingredient count should be kept to 6 or less.
