Re: Blood in stool and abdominal pain
Stool samples are basically worthless. If the
parasites are not laying eggs at the moment they do the stool sample or the little tiny piece of stool they test has no eggs they won't find parasites.
The bleeding stool is what tipped me off to having parasites. The DX was of absolutely no help. So patronizing and condescending I wanted to punch him in the mouth
I'm no expert but the best way of determining if your have
parasites is to take Panacur (Fenbedazole) 57 Gram horse paste. Take 1/3 of the tube in the evening before you go to bed. Take another 1/3 first thing in the morning before breakfast. When you have a bowel movement that morning look at the stool for ascaria. Don't worry you'll know when you see them.
Ascaria are the most common
parasite and, in my opinion, the easiest to kill. At least the adult in your gut now.
If you see them then I would suggest you continue to take Panacur at 3 days on and 4 days off until you can get a game plan together.
See ICU Protocol or download mattk3 protocol. It all sucks but there are a lot of people on here willing to help.
