Well, im on day 27 and plan to ease out in 7 days. I have not had any problems with hunger.
I get very gassey before something weird comes out.
I started jogging 2-3 miles a day. I use a heart rate monitor to stay in my fat burn zone. I dont see much muscle loss if any.
Jogging sure helps get stuff out but it is still coming. Mostly in the mornings with the senna from the night before.
Drinking the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) slowly does seem more productive but it takes longer. If I need to go out, i chug it and wait an hour.
One of the things I think that is very beneficial is just breaking the emotional link to food. Cravings and dealing with feeding myself must take up a lot of brain power because I feel very detatched and in control now.
