Hi! Thanks for asking. I am sitting in my infrared sauna. Im feel fine today. Yesterday I had headaches. My gas is much less but I can feel my kidney more today. I wonder if it is because I drank a 40oz of lemonade before bed last nite. I also upped my cayenne to .25 cayenne per glass. I was not hungry at all yesterday and I thought that it might help to let things digest for a while.
I had a 3inch BM today. That was a surprise because it felt normal. I also forgot my senna last night and then decided to skip my
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) today. I did a senna in the morning to try and make it up.
It seems like a better idea to use limes on
The Master Cleanse if you have gout. Limes have zero fru ctose. Frutose is baaaaad for gout.
I have been thinking about when to ease off. There are a few criteria that I would like to meet.
First of all, I will stop if I go below maybe 10% body fat. I guess I could slow everthing down by upping my syrup calories.
I want to stop having gunk come out and then maybe a week for deep healing.
I would like my PH to go to 7.3. It is at 6 now.
I would like my urine specific gravity to improve. There has been no change, it is at .025 in the morni gs.I also got some corn silk to make tea. Im hoping it will help me drink more water before bed so that I can be more hydrated during the night.
I have a body composition monitor. So far:
I have lost 10 lbs
About 5% body fat - I am at about 19% now
My water percent went from about 53% to 57.5% (Humans are supposed to be 70% last time I checked)
It seems like it might be a nice place where you have an even layer of fat over your entire body. I have a lot of fat in my legs.
I want low viseral fat. So far I have gone from a 10 out of 20 to an 8.
