Gary,

The answer is yes. The key is that you do keep your diet non toxic, your environment non toxic, your thoughts non toxic. There is no way to measure if the fast will give MORE positive effect than the previous fast. All depends how long the fasts were done, how often and toxins coming in.

All fasts work on different parts that need to be worked on. Every fast I have done gave me different symptoms in different part of my body. No one knows what part of the problem the body will work on during a fast.

I believe that faith in any natural healing pathway is more powerful than analyzing it.
