I thought they wouldn't be something all could use.
I think a healthy body can keep the
parasites from really taking off, but
parasites grow in everything I think. They're in all the wild animals and domesticated ones too.
The past generations did do stuff to kill them, like cod liver or castor oils, native Americans chewed pumpkin seeds, and so. So I'm thinking they were less likely to spread outside the digestive tract, but obviously, with all the fiddling with herbs to supplement nutrition most cultures have, there were
parasites draining their internal supplies out where they couldn't kill them, that they had to compensate for.
But without all the toxins, I do think our bodies were more able to keep them from running amok, like they are now.
