I need advice PLEASE!!

I need help!! I'm a male age 37 and have been having digestive issues for several years. I have also experienced a lot of other strange symptoms such as weakness, pins and needles sensations all over my body, eye floaters, severe abdominal tenderness above belly button, pressure under both sides of my ribcage and many many more symptoms. I have observed tons of little white seed things in my stool for a very long time and my stools are strange color and soft and smell really bad. I have so much gas its unbelievable!!!. I have been thru so many test and spent a small fortune trying to resolve these issues. I have had a colonoscopy and upper scopes done and had every blood test known to man including gluten test and so much more. Well long story short I decided on my own to try a parasite cleanse. The product I chose was called SCRAM by Healthforce. I began taking the supplement as directed and about 3/4 of the way thru the protocol I observed this in my stool. It looks like it has tentacles and is evil and I am gald that its out of me but at this point I'm trying to figure out what it is and if I need stronger medicine to proceed with further treatments.. Any advice would be helpful!!!
