Re: From hypo to hyper ... or just coincidence?

Well I went from being hypothyroid to hyperthyroid, I lost 20 to 30 pounds when I went up to 100mg iodine.

For me my kidneys hurt, and still does. When the body goes from hypothyroid where it stores all those toxins in your fat cells, to hyperthyroid where all those toxins are released, it causes all kinds of pains everywhere.

I overburdened my kidneys because now I have itchy skin all over, which is a sign of damaged kidneys. I haven't been doing the salt pushes as much as I should have. I am doing cranberry juice to cleanse the kidneys, but I don't think its effective as salt pushes. It's just really hard for me to drink Sea Salt water everyday, I do once in awhile.

I guess that's what I could recommend for your situation, salt pushes, as most of the veteran Iodine users in past posts always mention. Good luck.
