Only thing I would add is count up to 20 when breathing in and 20 when breathing out. If you are not used to this then you will count up to 10 both ways. This is very energizing exercise.
Usually people under stress, in rushing, preoccupation and worried state breath from top part of their lungs. This adds to your stress rather than relieving it. Deep abdominal breathing will help in many ways as described in the video.
