Another successful LF

So yesterday I fasted all day and started my LF, Dr. Clark protocol in the evening. This morning I had three huge green stones about 3/4" X 1/2" oblong shape and many small stones. I had done a Dr. Shculze's kidney flush last week, so I ate raw light foods the whole week before the flush, had apples in my juices everyday.

I am planning to fast for ten days a week later.
