Re: New to the forums, seeking advise on reoccurring stomach issues.

There are a lot of things you can do. But you need to do them simoultaneously. If you cannot sleep at night it means your body has a toxic overload. A good base is a diet, clean and pure. I buy from local organic farmers and i make everything fresh. No food with a label. You can do meds and or herbs. You need to research a bit and decide what you find best. For me, only herbs. Taking them in aa combination is good so.you target and cover many things at the same time. These things are stubborn and complex.so.you need to keep at it for months.
About probiotics, lots of people swear.it is good. But i think as with everything it should not be overdone. It should be taken only for.a few weeks at a time. I have recently read that all of these products contain only a few strains of bacteria which are not human identical. So consuming long term leads to a bacterial monoculture in the colon which is totally unnatural.
I would do lots of cleanses and flushes, and once you get healthy it will take care of itself. Also what i learnt is everyone is different. What works for.others might not work for you. You can assess yourself and see.if you are weak and if yes, do it slowly and gently. But there is plenty of info around here and other forums. I personally could not come up with anything good so i am following an ayurvedic protocol to start with. I wish you the best!
