RE: 1. New Science is alway unwelcome by the uninformed and yes even ignorant. Yes Crystal Clear Solutions that defy all the known standards that apply to nanoparticles.

Unfortunately for scams and all involved, appeals to new science are comon tactics used in part of what I'd call the scammers model. Which essentially makes use of smoke and mirrors to deflect the substantiation of any claims used to convince others into buying their products. 

That said, as I've commited myself to remain open minded toward matters, I'd like to investigate how this is done and see where said new science takes us. Though I can only hope your next response doesn't make use of the classic top-secret scientific methods pending approval and /or the detriment of competitive markets. As this would have complete the scam cycle of the common model, and would be very disappointing to say the least.

However(and call me a fool), but I'd like to believe that this is not one of these cases, and that you're going to pull through by demonstrating the science used to achieve what is currently not possible. Such as with the metals and refining industries who specialize in the dissolution and transport of precious metals, which are at the forefront of electrochemistry and research.

Beyond this, I'm going to put out there that I believe and for very good reason, that these so-called Monatomic silver solutions are nothing more than Ionic Solutions. Just like all the other crystal clear solutions baring no tyndall properties on the market today. Which could very easily be confirmed with simple tests such as the admission of chloride, and/or UV and a host of other chemical reducing agents.

And so in the event that the OP chooses not to divulge his new scientific secrets, I'd add that there should be nothing whatsoever stopping him or her from sending me a sample(25ml or more) for testing. Not to mention, the astounding testimonial that he or she would get when I post my findings.
