Archus, thank you for the ample information!
I will keep these as reference, should I ever become faint-ie, or with low BP.
Women loose blood every month, this is why low BP is more common in women, beside the female hormones contributing to it. I'd say mineral balance or lack of it rather would be another reason. In my own experience raw vegetable juices were very effective to regulate BP, most certainly due to the variety of minerals.
Generally lower body weight is associated with lower BP, just normally - meaning the heart doesn't need to push very hard to get the blood to lesser weight. If everything else is alright, I mean. Even a tinny old lady, though, but with hardened arteries would actually have high BP due to arteriosclerosis, making the heard pumping harder to get the blood through.
