Re: Fighting Yeast With Yeast

Because of your saccromacces boulardii info, I would appreciate your insight. As a reminder, I am a victim of a water damaged building and have been fighting the mycotoxicosis for over three years since leaving the building.

A couple days ago I took a product which had that as a main ingredient, and the next day I found waxy chick pea-like things in my stool! Most would think this is a good thing, but my cholesterol is already to low and I am producing less and less hormones each month.

Should I be concerned that this "good yeast" is removing my reserves? Are we supposed to have these cholesterol stones in specific amounts?
