Competition might work temporarily, but addressing the underlying cause of Candida is the ultimate solution.

Candida is like a cleaning defense mechanism for the body. It consumes the waste that is generated by other infecting pathogens.
Kill it off, and the other pathogens will be able to make you sick a whole lot more quickly.

Systemic cleansing is the cure for candida. Toxemia and malnutrition must be corrected. Then candida will go away and leave you alone. The presence of candida is telling you that you have toxins building up in your system, and you are not getting adequate nutrition to prevent them from making you sick. Hence the heroic chamber maid named candida shows up to clean up the putrefaction and prolong your life.

If you can manage to kill off all the candida, other things will begin to manifest, and they will be much more dangerous and life threatening. I am not sure if candida has ever killed anyone. But the underlying infections certainly have.
