Need help and scared

I need help. For the past year and a half, I have been experiencing the following symptoms. Started with epigastric pain, bloating, constipation. Was diagnosed with Peptic Ulcer......a$$holes

Couple months later...pelvic pain radiating to my lower back and down my leg. Diagnosed with sciatica, ovarian cyst, psoriatic arthritis.

Have had Psoriasis outbreaks twice but none recently. My anxiety is just ridiculous and my irritation levels are through the roof over simple things.

I've been given so many meds that I can't even list them all. TO make matters worse, I'm a pharmacist so up until this incident, I've had a very limited, one sided approach to everything.

I had a colonic 6 months ago. Immediate relief, but I never followed through by changing my diet or lifestyle. The intense pain started again, so I went for another colonic where I was informed that I had worms obstruction my colon. I saw them and nearly vomited. I am now willing to take any suggestions and have greatly opened my mind to alternative treatments. In fact, I will no longer take regular prescription drugs unless I'm dying.

My protocol right now: parasite cleanse including all the main ingredients. Papaya seeds, pineapple, pumpkin seeds, no processed foods, salads, no meat or dairy.
