Re: Depressed after thanksgiving... Need support

Sometimes we do need to do things that make us feel like normal people, like enjoying a traditional holiday or getting our hair or nails done. When all we do is fight the disease it can cause depression. We are body, heart, mind and soul and all 4 need attention. Its ok to enjoy yourself once in awhile, can you get a few yeast pills from your doc or get some monistat from the store to help with any extra yeast build up from the sugary foods? Maybe double up on the probiotics? This disease cam be depressing and alienated for sure, maybe do something you enjoy today and remember the true meaning of the holiday season.
