Also it can be related Sugar spikes in blood? cause recently I noticed high glucose readings although I'm healthy and eat healthy.

symptoms:

-mid-upper back pain.
-Sun light irritation.

-constantly thirsty.
-Can't tolerate hot weather.
-trouble going to sleep.
-Sleep long hours and feeling tired even after 10 hour sleep.

-Was just diagnosed with Pre-diabetes.
-Few episodes with sleep apnea (not over weight).
-Movement in my left head.
