Re: iodine enema

I didn't have a good experience ingesting high doses of the Iodoral pills, an even worst experience painting with the lugols, I could only imagine what an Iodine enema would do to me.

Though I didn't and still have a hard time taking celtic Sea Salt , but I'm going to have to get used to that if I would ever be able to detox with Iodine correctly.

I'm looking into enemas for constipation problems, though I might let a professional do a colonic irrigation and take glutathione supplements instead of the coffee enema, if I ever decide to commit to that route.
