I don't know, but don't forget that Lugol's is a mild cauterizing agent, It would have to be substantially diluted so as to not damage tissue internally. I wouldn't imagine that exceeding 100 milligrams per liter would be a very good idea. If Iodide is used, that figure could be revised upwards.
