Parasite cleanse symptoms

Hi,
I started a parasite cleanse for the first time. I am almost done with the two weeks. My legs for some reason are insanely itchy and have little bumps all over them. It keeps me up all night long and burns. I've also not been able to sleep waking up all night long. My skin has been breaking out as well. I'm more concerned about the itching and wondering if this is normal die off symptoms and will this happen each time I do the cleanse or will symptoms decrease each time? I have so many food intolerances so just want to make sure this is normal and not allergic reaction. Thanks so much.
