I don't have experience with metagenics but i think you shoild certainly do a parasite cleanse. Maybe you can combine it with the one you are doing now. Or certainly finish it first. Usually if there are parasites, there could be bacteria overgrowth, candida and many other things as well. At least you found out you have roundworms too.
