Please help with list of symptoms

I love this website but I'm having a difficult time trying to find any answers to what I'm looking for on here.

Could I please get some help pinning down which parasites I might be dealing with based on the following symptoms?

- occasional crawling and biting sensation on scalp
- occasional biting sensation in eyes
- sharp pains on right side of brain that come a goes
- dizziness, but not the room spinning kind
- occasional head pressure
- twitching, vibrating throughout whole body (in nose, eyes, cheeks, back, shoulders, rib cage, buttocks, feet)
- sharp painful biting sensation on bunion of foot
- occasionally feel large intestinal worms moving in lower abdomen area and will sometimes move so low that I feel constipated. The constipated feeling is most definitely a worm because it comes and goes and I have normal BM's
- biting and itching in rectum. When I feel them in my rectum I inject tamanu oil (about a teaspoon anally) and will feel them being affected by it by twitching rythymically. They pass in the next BM. They are long tan worms.
- occasionally itchy anus
- dull aches that come and go in kidney areas
- occasional itchy ears, eyes, hands, feet, throat
- constant mucus in back of throat that I either have to swallow or hock up.
