I think you have a good life style. Majority diseases start with gut micro-biome imbalance.

You could have Candida or insulin resistance.

Start with good probiotics. There are natural probiotics such as kimchi, sauerkraut and Kefir. Include those in your diet.

Continue flushing, do colon cleanse, kidney cleanse and then liver flush.

Include raw plant based foods as major part of your diet.
